If your picky eater needs extra calories, try one of these recipes.

AVOCADO FLUFF
Tart and sweet intensify the rich avocado flavor.

1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup sugar
1 TB lime juice

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mash well with a fork..

HOMEMADE POWER BARS
This is a good snack for older kids who need extra calories.

1 cup puffed millet or rice
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 11-1/2 X8 inch pan with parchment or waxed paper. Grease.
Mix all dry ingredients together.Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Press mixture into pan.
Bake for 30 minute. Cool and cut into bars.
